Payment can be made by credit/debit card via the website online payment facility. Please do not send any credit/debit card details via e-mail, since this will not be secure. If for any reason you are unable to pay by card, please e-mail Trisha and we will arrange for payment to be made by cheque, but please allow at least 5 working days for this to clear, before your order will be depatched.
Postage and Packaging
All orders, irrespective of value, are subject to packing and carriage charges and will be sent by recorded delivery and you will be required to sign for safe receipt of the package.
The price of £4.95p includes postage, packaging and insurance and will be added at the Checkout before payment. Delivery will normally be within 7 days of order, providing the item you require is in stock. Should for any reason the packaging be damaged, please confirm this with the postman at time of delivery.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrived in a damaged condition, please e-mail Trisha, within the hour of receipt, to................. l. You will need to return the goods to: 15 Sandy Lane, South Wootton, King's Lynn, Norfolk, PE30 3NX, together with original packaging. On receipt of the damaged goods, a replacement will be sent as soon as available.
Returned goods can only be credited if returned in perfect condition, within 14 days of the invoice date, with the respective invoice number and your name, in the original packing. Goods that have been returned for credit that have been correctly supplied will be subject to a 10% handling charge and the postage willl not be refunded.
